Factories, mills and businesses
Cut the daytime load that costs you most.
For a factory or a mill, electricity is a line on the cost sheet. A three-phase rooftop system offsets daytime consumption, cuts the running cost of production and steadies your exposure to tariff changes.
100 kW to 1 MWTypical plant
- 1500 V
- Max system voltage
- 648 W
- Peak with bifacial gain
- 15 yr
- Product warranty
What you get
Built for this kind of site.
- Offsets consumption during your most expensive hours
- Three-phase systems engineered for industrial supply
- 1500 V system voltage keeps string counts and cabling down
- Dual glass construction suits a long roof life
- Serial-level traceability across the whole array
Commercial systems are sized from a load study and built to a single-line diagram. A 500 kW rooftop is roughly 855 modules and about 2,250 square metres of roof.
How a project runs
From first visit to handover.
- 01
Load study
We review twelve months of billing and log the load profile across a working cycle.
- 02
Engineering
Array layout, string design, single-line diagram and structural check of the roof.
- 03
Build
Phased installation planned around production so the plant keeps running.
- 04
Monitoring and O&M
Remote monitoring, scheduled cleaning and an agreed response time for faults.
Worth knowing
Questions we get asked.
- Will installation stop production?
- It should not. Rooftop work is normally phased and the final grid tie-in is scheduled for a planned shutdown window.
- Can the roof take the weight?
- Each module is 31.5 kg plus mounting. We check the structure during survey before any design is finalised.
- What about wind and snow load?
- The module is certified to 2400 Pa wind and 5400 Pa snow load when clamp mounted.
