Anti-counterfeit
Is your module genuine?
Counterfeit panels underperform for years before anyone notices, and no one honours their warranty. Enter the serial printed on your module and find out in seconds.
How it works
Three steps, no account needed.
- 01
Find the number
The serial is printed on the white label on the back of the module, and repeated on the packaging and your delivery note.
- 02
Type it in
Case does not matter, and hyphens or spaces are ignored. One module at a time, exactly as printed.
- 03
Read the answer
A genuine module returns its model, category, rated capacity, batch number and the inspected production line. Anything else is flagged immediately.
Where to look
Finding your serial number.
Every RoxSun 585 W module leaves the warehouse with its serial recorded against the batch it came from. The same number appears in three places.
On the module
A white label on the back sheet, near the junction box. This is the number to trust: it is fixed to the panel itself.
On the carton
Printed on the pallet and carton labels, so a dealer can check a delivery before it is unwrapped.
On your paperwork
Ask your installer to record the serial of every module on the delivery note and the warranty document.
What if the number is not found?
It usually means a typing error, so check the label and try again. It can also mean the module was not registered by the dealer, or that it is not a RoxSun panel at all. If you are unsure, report it and our team will look into it with you.
